Emma has excellent customer service skills and knowledge which was very important as I was choosing a mattress for my elderly mother.

Very friendly customer service who really listened to our requirements and explained all of the products really well.

The assistant was kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and just about as good as it gets.

The sales lady was very helpful. Her name is Michelle. In Rugby was very supportive in everything we need in the shop . She introduced all the help we needed.

The lady who served us was very professional and polite. She answered all our questions with knowledge and understanding. Excellent customer service and we are very happy with our purchase and will definitely come back to Dreams again

We were very happy with our visit to the rugby branch I don’t generally give the highest response because as a business there’s always room for improvement, you should be striving to always improve
