THE LADY WHO DEALT WITH US (EMMA) WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY FRIENDLY. WE DIDN'T FEEL RUSHED TO MAKE OUR DECISION AND SHE WASN'T PUSHY LIKE SOME STAFF CAN BE. OVERALL AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Emma the lady that served us was very helpful and not pushy at all,

we were looked after from when we entered the shop till we left . we realy enjoyed the experience michelle was very helpfull

The assistant, Emma, was very helpful and friendly and took time with us to explain all the options.

I was verry saitisfied with Michelle and Emma at Rugby Dreams. They should consideration and professionalism in knowledge of the products and had patience when I was deciding what it was I wanted.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and there was a good choice of mattresses available

Emma asked me exactly what I was looking for regarding my purchase. I had no clue what bed I wanted, just that I wanted the colour to be neutral to match most colour schemes and to have the ability of storage, and also something that can support my back. She showed me a range of products that matched my needs but also showed me her personal preferences regarding the Mattress, Bed frame and pillows. She made me feel extremely at ease about making such a big first time 'grown up' purchase, and I will happily be returning to the store for any future items and needs.

We went quite late on a Monday afternoon so the shop was not busy...although we thought at first that it was closed as the lighting at the front was only partially on (bulbs need replacing!!) and the shop looked dark from the outside. We wanted to see and try and get advice about a new mattress and divan.....we got all of that 100%! Michelle looked after us beautifully.... Along with a very impressive initial bed assessment via the fancy computer beds!!

We visited the store on two occasions prior to making our purchase. We were greeted by Staff with a friendly smile and willingness. However, above all we felt at ease to browse round the store without any pressure or invasive ‘sale talk’ though well aware that Staff members were on hand to answer any enquiries. Matt was extremely helpful & knowledgeable.

Matt was very helpful and we were not pushed at all into making any decision. We received comprehensive details of the various beds , we were not rushed and were made to feel very welcome even offered a cup of coffee.
