A tedious job made eaay.

I went to the store to purchase a new bed for my Son and his girlfriend as they are moving into their own home shortly. Michelle served us, she was absolutely charming, listened to our needs and asked lots of questions to determine how best she could help us with the purchase. I felt very valued, she was highly professional but with a very warm personality and it felt like it was important to her to ensure we got exactly what we needed. We were shown various options and explained the products very knowledgeably, I was offered a hot drink whilst my Son lay on various beds to determine what he felt most comfortable in. There was no rush and I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase, once we had chosen the bed, mattress and pillows, the financial transaction and delivery process were explained efficiently and clearly. We were also offered insurance which we took out and the 40 trial of the products were explained. Thoroughly happy with the whole experience.

Easy shopping with friendly knowledgeable staff to help us with our decision

Professional advice given and use of the mattress machine was very informative. The only thing I would suggest that could improve your survey is to remove some of the details about my order, surely if I give you and order no your records can tell you what the value was, the date purchased and well for the time that's pure guess work.

Both store assistants were very knowlegeable and extremely friendly. The store was was clean and tidy and the beds were wll presented.

The store assistants (Emma and Michelle) were incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped me find exactly what I needed and looked after us well during our visit.
