Once we had looked around we were approached by your salesman Gregory who was a pleasure to deal with resulting in us buying both a bed and mattress. He took the time to get to know both of us and our specific needs, especially with myself suffering from long standing back pain post injury in the military and made us aware of all available options and services. In comparison to staff from the other stores we visited this evening he was the only gentleman we felt comfortable with in order to progress to a purchase. Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and polite. An extremely pleasant shopping experience and your team in Rugby are fantastic. I would definitely buy further products from Dreams in Rugby and will definitely be recommending Dreams to friends and family. Thank you.

Store easy to find with plenty of parking.Greeted by two or three staff members, my daughter and I left to have a browse before the assistant Michelle approached us. She listened to my needs and budget which was highly important being a single parent. I’m quite an indecisive person yet Michelle was extremely kind and patient and helped my daughter and I make an excellent choice within our budget. We were also offered tea or coffee by another assistant there.

YOUR SALES STAFF MEMBER EMMA WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND NOT UNDER ANY PRESSURE. IT DID NOT MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE ASKED TO REVISIT ANY BEDS AS NOTHING SEEMED A PROBLEM. THE COMPUTERISED MATTRESS IS A GREAT IDEA AND HELPED CONSIDERABLY. THE STORE MANAGER WAS ALSO EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND LIKE EMMA VERY APPROACHABLE AND FRIENDLY.
