Wasn’t not pounced on straight away was left to glance around but when we required assistance it was there for us with a cup of coffee and someone with genuine knowledge able to answer our questions for a couple that don’t enjoy shopping this was enjoyable a team with good humour and knowledge would recommend and return Thank you

We have being delaying the purchase of a new mattress and frame for many months due to the potential stress of the choice and having a two year old who likes to join in!! Emma the advisor was outstanding with a real understanding of our requirements; she also involved her colleague Elle to entertain our daughter as we spent over an hour shopping. Very knowledgeable and a lovely manner.

The staff member I spoke to was very well informed about the available products . I feel that with her help I have been able to make a well informed choice .

Prompt reception of staff, very good product knowledge and direction to appropriate products to suit my requirements.

When we entered the shop I asked Matt for some assistance which he was very happy to give. I explained that we were looking to purchase a new mattress, I stated that we had previously bought from dreams about 8 years ago. He asked how we sleep and if any ailments. Then he ran us through the sleep machine to determine what would suit us. I would like to add that whilst this was happening he kept our 6 year old boy amused, he also offered a drink which was very welcomed. Mat showed us around the different mattresses that would suit us, even showing us different pillows at the same time which I thought was very professional. I liked the temple mattress so Mat went into more detail in how it is made and the different options of hardness not only with the mattress but also with the pillows. I was also very happy with the speed of delivery. Overall Matt was very professional and knowledgeable and I think he is a merit to your company. Absolutely superb service

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, even gave us coffee! Explained the choices available after we had tested our needs, whether soft, medium or firm . A wide enough price choice and prompt delivery dates
