Mathew the assistant was very helpful he explained everything about the mattress that we were buying. We were able to lay on the bed to feel how comfortable. The service that we received from Mathew was excellent.

Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable but not too pushy. Explained everything we needed to know

visited thinking we knew what matttress we wanted having received a brochure. your assistant showed us to the one we thought we wanted,encouraged us to try by lying on it, we quite liked it but thought it was alittle too soft, she then advised us to try another bone slightly firmer, which we liked better, but still not sure. she then suggested another model which was just right although more expensive we chose that one. I cannot remember her name though it was something like melanie she was brilliant and the coffee she made for me while formalities were dealt with was much appreciated thank you

Excellent service and product knowledge

We were given an overview of the different mattress types to help us understand what was available and we were offered to try the mattress testing machine to help us identify which mattresses would be best for us

All the information we were give was exceptional.

It was a great place to choose what we needed.

The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There help and assistance on Saturday 29th December encouraged us to return on Monday 31st December to place our order, after visiting your local competition.

Myself and my wife were looked after very well by knowledgable and helpful staff who were able to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very kind , offered us refreshments and ensured we were looked after.

Couldn't fault a thing. Emma was excellent in every way, very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Went into great detail regarding the matresses. Even had a cup of coffee whilst there. Excellent service.
