Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful and patient with us.

All the staff in store were extremely friendly and helpful. We were given lots of advice on which mattress to go for and why it would be best for us.

The staff in the store were very welcoming and made us aware they were available but gave us space to look around on our own - they weren't "pushy". When we wanted information it was given.

It was so easy. The product we had looked at online was on display and available to try out. The store assistance was really good. They discussed our issues with restricted access and previous mattresses and gave us sound advice.

Matt, the assistant, was just brilliant! Friendly, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. He took time with us which was greatly appreciated because it was the first time my mum had left the house in 4 months due to ill health. We all left feeling utterly cared for!

Emma was a great help over the two visits I made to the store and it was an absolute pleasure. Couldn't fault the customer service and the quality of the products I looked at was highly impressive. Choosing my bed was made easier when I was told about the sleep master which measures how you sleep and finds suitable products for you.

Excellent service we were served by Emma and she was really attentive nothing was too much trouble a credit to your organisation! A really pleasant lady. She helped us with finding the right bed for our needs without putting us under any pressure.
