The manager helped us find the mattress we wanted, gave us several options to try, offered usvrefreshments and was very friendly, courteous and efficient. We have shopped at the Rugby store before and will do so again.

We received immediate attention, then had a go on your tester bed to find the right mattress for us. We had a good choice between 3 relevant but varied mattresses and chose our favourite.

The Sale lady Emma is very professional and supportive. She is nice and friendly which make me fell confortable while shopping. She suggested the Dreams Sleep test machine to choose the right mattress and give us full description of the selected mattress too. It was very helpful. We feel that we are more than welcomed.
