Our assistant Michelle welcomed us to the store and asked straight away if we needed help. We were then put on a machine bed to determine which mattress would suit our needs. We then tried out several that had been recommended and bought the one we both felt the most comfortablle on. The purchase was simple and delivery given for a mutual date.

Emma and her two colleagues were fantastic. She took time to help me better understand my own needs, then took me through a variety of options. Throughout, both her and her colleague were great banter, which was contagious amongst other customers who were just browsing, giving the store a great welcoming atmosphere.

As we only went in to find a mattress compatible with both are needs the information given to us about the mattresses and then bed frames was perfect for us to be comfortable enough to make the purchase there and then.
