Emma was really helpful from the moment we walked into the store. Her knowledge about the beds was next to none. She even explained reasons why I had neck pains and sometimes back pains due to the alignments of the spine and how many pillows should be used when I sleep which was one in my case instead of my normal three pillows. She even asked about the budget and worked closely with our budget included the discounts on offer to work around our budget. Was very helpful with delivery options and recommended our products which would be helpful. Felt like she was helpful rather then trying to sell products to us. Amazing customer services and deserves a big mention. A credit to your organisation. I would also add in about the lighting in the store which made the store looked dark and seemed close so that could do with looking at however Emma did explain about the positioning of the lights.

Very friendly and welcoming staff having excellent knowledge of what they are selling. Very pleasant visit with no rushing to hassle you when you first go through the door. We have now purchased three beds in total from the Rugby branch which we would thoroughly recommend.

Michelle the person who assisted us was very knowledgeable about the products. Nothing was too much trouble and she never rushed us in our decision making.
