Salesman very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure selling. Used the machine in store to produce what mattress we needed. Overall experience today, very good.

Staff were knowledgeable and pleasant helping with the decision process. A small problem arose regarding delivery availability date - the chosen Saturday date became unavailable before completion of the order but after full payment had been made. The resultant delivery charge credit could not be made at the time but we have been promised that our card account will be credited “remotely”.
