Emma was extremely helpful in assisting us in deciding which bed, mattress and frame, best suited us. She showed us the bed analyser and we discussed and tried all the options. We were given a cup of tea and spent a couple of hours testing, trying and talking about the various options, Emma was very patient with us; she was very knowledgeable but never pushy which we appreciated. Our bed was delivered 2 days ago and it is fantastic and we are happy that we made the right decision. Thanks :)

Let down by John Lewis on delivery of a Tempur mattress, which we cancelled. Went to the Dreams Rugby branch on Sunday morning both the Manager and Assitant were excellent and knowledgeable on the product, extremely helpful, was advised of the special 10% discount available on the purchase over £750. Result, great service, great price and fast delivery. Brilliant!!!!
