Greg took his time to find out exactly what I wanted and was extremely helpful. As this was my first time buying a bed it was nice to have someone help me in such depth to find the right fit for me

Greeted with a smiling face on entering the Rugby store 9073), offer to assist but equally just have a look around, also offer of comfort analysis to tailor the mattress to our needs. Michelle was very helpful and efficient in understanding our needs. When analysis complete directed us to the most suitable mattress's, we tried several test beds, were then able to retry our choices in our own time. We felt welcome in the store, all store colleagues were friendly, we were offered a drink while browsing. Overall a great experience, we look forward to delivery of our new mattress. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were offered a lot of advice and help and this continued all through the purchase. We enjoyed a coffee whilst we finalised everything.

Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure we understood the 3d mapping and selections this process made. Overall Dreams are a bit pricey but providing the quality is good, I am usually prepared to pay for a good quality matress.
