The service received by Emma at the Rugby store was excellent. Emma was friendly, displayed great listening skills, knowledgeable, and had a warm 'down to earth' manner. She offered us a cup of tea and even though on this occasion we politely declined, it was a wonderful service gesture. The whole process was relaxing yet very efficient.

Staff were very good. Good knowledge of products. Ended up spending more than originally anticipated due to good sales pitch. Not too pushy

The assistant who placed my order (Emma) was very efficient and had a very approachable manner, any questions asked were professionally handled and options were offered thus giving the full range of products.

Being fatigued by previous pushy salespeople in other stores I was apprehensive about dealing with another. However your sales assistant Emma’s friendly nature made all the difference. She set me up on the mattress measuring machine and even made me a cup of coffee. Then she showed me to each recommendation from the machine. She was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses. She also suggested other options not on the list from the machine in case I had a budget. The thing that really struck home with me was when she said that a good mattress was an investment in my own well-being. All the salespeople in the other shops had just wanted to make a sale, they didn’t care about me making the right choice, but I felt Emma really cared and understood what an important decision it was. As a result I ended up buying a more expensive mattress that is better quality. While I haven’t received my mattress yet, I’m very happy that I decided to invest more in a good mattress than just buy something cheap. If it’s possible to commend Emma for her fantastic service then please do so!

We had a pleasant experience Looking for a new mattress. The assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was well laid out and easy to use. We would definitely revisit dreams if and when we purchase a new bed in the future. Thank you for a positive experience.

I needed a bed so I decided to go to dreams and In no time i had the attention of the assistant was very good put me on the dream machine to check out my details then found the bed i needed . While they were doing the paperwork they offered me a coffee . Yes it was quiet and if I do need some thing else in the future I will return.

Nice cup of tea while we tried out the sleep match. We tried out nice pillows while trying the beds ..staff were fabulous really friendly
