We originally went to just browse at your products available and had quite specific requirements. The assistant was very patient, very helpful and very knowledgeable about all products in your store. The assistant made this a fun but informative time.

Matt at the Rugby store was very professional but friendly making the whole experience excellent.

We knew what size we wanted to buy but that was it, we needed mattress and ottoman base. We used Sleep match with Michelle and we were really impressed with the service. Althought it highlights what we needed, there was still plenty of choice and Michelle continued to give guidance with each mattress. There was no pressure or sway to go for any one in particular, although we did end up purchasing the most expensive, this was because it was right for us. Nice relaxed but professional feel to the store with input and support from a couple of staff, but Michelle was great.

We didn’t know where to start with purchasing the right mattress. Your helpful member of staff advised us on your computerised analysis system which printed off the correct mattered selection to meet our needs. As my husband has a bad back, it was an important purchase. Emma was friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy. She showed us different ranges of pocket sprung and memory foam options. Service was very good. Can I also say how impressed we were with the option of handmade British manufacturers with natural fibres. We chose the Flaxby pocket sprung matteress.

Went in and told the team member what we wanted and she was very helpful. Also nice and quick experience.

The assistant had good product knowledge and was very helpful in showing me the different options particularly showing me the various colours in headboards. My order details was explained fully to me and my order was placed in an efficient way. Very pleased with the friendly and pleasant way I was dealt with.

We were given plenty of information to help with our choice, and plenty of time to make the decision.
