Emma the sales assistant new the products and explained everything clearly.

Emma looked after us and was a pleasure to talk to. Her knowledge of the various products on offer was exceptional and she helped us throughout the visit. We will definately revisit as and when and will highly recommend your Rugby store to all of our family and friends.

Michelle greeted us on entry to the store, helped us with sleep assessment and talked us through each of the mattresses it recommended. The main thing we liked is that she then gave us time to go and try each of the mattresses again and discuss it without feeling watched or pressured. There was a big price difference between the two we liked and she gave us time to talk it over as the more expensive one was twice the budget we planned. She showed us a good choice of mattresses within our budget but still firm enough for my bad back. We bought a mattress we were happy with, insurance, a protector and cool pillow for my husband. Very satisfied.

Excellent sales person very helpful and knowledgeable

Actually I was seriously, pleasantly surprised at the knowledgable, caring help I received today. I only went into the store to browse the different beds available and look at prices. However, the assistant, Michelle was amazing....she took such an interest in what I was looking for, how much time I had to experience what was available, offering me a drink when she realised I was on my lunch break from work and I never felt pressured to actually buy a bed. Altogether she made my day and I came away knowing that I had made an excellent choice of bed yet reassured that if I had any problems or was unhappy with my choice, then Dreams would sort it out for me. I will definitely be reccomending Dreams store in Rugby to my friends.

All staff were so friendly and very helpful, not pushy, they just let us choose and look at our own pace..they even recognised us from a recent purchase in December
