This was our second trip, first time to look at products, then with a view to purchase. Staff very friendly, offered refreshments, no pressure to buy just interest in our requirements.

Emma was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and respectful. I was very impressed with her manner and the way she delt with all of my questions. I would definitely go to Dreams in Rugby again as they are always helpful and respectful I have never had a bad experience in their store.
