We were greeted on arrival in the store and were left to browse without any pushy salesperson trying to force a sale. When we needed help michelle was there straight away. She suggested the matress machine to find the best match for us. She also offered refreshments and was very friendly. The whole experience was very relaxed and we felt no pressure.
