We walked in the branch and the colleagues said hello. We were asked if we required any help , we were just looking at this point . Emma explained the bed testing system and we gave it a go. Once we knew what mattress we needed Emma patiently took us and explained about the mattresses . We ended up purchasing a bed and frame 2 pillows and a mattress protector.

Very friendly and helpful customer service rep. We used the machine to measure us for our best choice of mattress, it was very clean and simple. The sales rep then showed us each of the mattress the machine recommended and allowed us to try them whilst she explained the benefits of each one. Thanks to her service we found and brought the perfect mattress for us.

The lady Emma was great, she totally understood my needs, was extremely patient and knowledge. Lovely lady. Michelle was other lady and she was nice too. Emma was great

I was highly satisfied as I had an assistant called Emma, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She had an excellent knowledge of all the products. Emma took time to guide me and was patient with me deciding what I wanted.

The sales assistant Michelle was very helpful, courteous and respectful. We were given plenty of time to discuss our purchase without any hassle.

Spent around half an hour looking around the store, and was offered help within the first few minutes. However, decided we wanted to have a look around on our own and get a feel for what we wanted/liked. We settled on a frame & mattress we liked, and it seemed like Matt was aware that about to come looking for help and approached us. He quickly highlighted a way we could save some money, while not losing any quality in our purchase. Matt was knowledgable, experienced, and very professional in his approach to the sale, while also making genuine conversation throughout the process of completing the paperwork. Brilliant guy, and pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. Emma ( your member of staff) was very helpful and friendly taking good precautions for Covid in a shop that was quite busy.

Myself and my partner have decided to invest in a good quality mattress due to both suffering with bad backs during the night. We have not yet purchased a mattress in store and so decided that this time we would try out the mattresses before buying. Having arrived at the store and being offered to do the sleep match we decided to give it a go. It offered us a great selection of mattresses to try out, one of which we went ahead with. Our sales assistant was just brilliant, with a wealth of knowledge. She talked us through all our options and didn’t rush us. We are confident with our purchase and can’t wait for our mattress to arrive 1 bonus it is coming in 4 days time. Thanks very much Dreams.
