I HAD BEEN ANXIOUS ABOUT CHOOSING A BED MATTRESS FOR THE FIRST TIME. BUT STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE NO PUSHY. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO HURRY. EXPLAINED THE SIMULATOR BED WHICH I FOUND FASCINATING AND IT CONFIRMED I NEEDED THE MEDIUM MATTRESS. MICHELLE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AS I HAD A JOB MAKING MY MIND UP. SHE EVEN MADE ME A CUP OF TEA. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED AND I ENDED UP ENJOYING THE PROCESS. WOULD COME AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND COMPANY.

Michelle was very helpful, listened to my specific needs and was in my view, very patient as I needed to really try what was best for my aching body... it is 90 years old.
