Love the mattress selector 'machine' as it saves time looking for the right mattress. Advice on pillow type was great, and we didn't feel pushed into buying more than we needed, or pushed to a higher price bracket.

Sales representative: listened to our wants and needs, sign posted us towards suitable products, responded to our changes of minds, listened to our restrictions and found solutions

The female sales person was extremely helpful talked me through various options and understood exactly what I needed.

We always come to Dreams, we have always been looked after by Greg, he’s a true credit to your company. He has a great product knowledge, great personality and sense of humour, gives us time to think and consider our purchase. We are moving shortly, but will always return to Dreams Rugby for our bed purchases 👏🏻⭐️

I wanted a bunk bed for my children. The store attendant was very helpful, involved the children and turned what could have been a slightly stressful experience, into a pleasant shopping experience. The bunk bed has not been delivered yet but the product looks sturdy and well made.

We had visited another shop selling beds at Fosse Park, Leicester. Sales personnel were very indifferent, got a few ideas for new beds and left. Called in at dreams Rugby just for a quick look round as we were passing, staff were very helpful from the start, result we ended up buying our new bed.
