Everything about the mattresses was explained to us following our assessment on the dream machine. We were told which colours, what the difference was between sprung and no spring mattresses, tried the ottoman beds so we could find out if it was suitable for us and all done with a friendly approach.

Great assistance in establishing the most suitable mattress for us and then explaining all the features of the various products to select from. Placing the order with explanation of offers and additional services was a smooth process.

We spent a lot more money than we had anticipated but feel that we have purchased a quality product and can’t wait to receive our first PROPER bed!!and hopefully get a proper nights sleep 💤 💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤

Pleasant helpful sales person who understood what we were looking for. He didn’t try to sell us more upmarket expensive mattresses as it was for a spare bed.
