Extremely helpful. Emma was lovely and a credit to the team she assisted us with everything we needed. We took our three young daughters with us to which they were made to feel very welcome. She gave them colouring to do so we could have a look round in peace we also got offered a drink and some biscuits. Couldn't thank them enough there a great team and we were very satisfied with the customer service.

The sales assistant Emma was really helpful. She showed us the Bed Match machine and listened to our requirements. She was kind and friendly and very knowledgeable.

An extraordinarily helpful lady (Emma) with a wide and obviously detailed knowledge of all of your products. Emma went out of her way to understand our needs. Unbelievably friendly, even offering coffee. Emma really is a credit to your Company.

Emma was lovely and treated me less like a customer and more like a friend. Tea, the offer of biscuits, everything explained so there will be no surprises. An all round warm and pleasant experience.

We initially visited the store in September 2019, and we met Emma whose product knowledge was superb. She also had excellent sales skills, listening to what we were saying was important to us. She presented us with a number of solutions and gave us time to consider all our options. We made contact again a couple of weeks ago and completed our purchase. Emma's selling technique suited us..........no pressure but extremely competent, patient and friendly.
