Michelle from the rugby store was very friendly and welcoming. What i liked about Michelle is she wasn't a typical pushy sales person, she wanted to understand what it was i was looking for and recommended around my specifications.

Following my previous experience earlier in 2019 I chose to use the rugby Dreams Store again. I was once again assisted by Emma. Once again an excellent experience. Excellent range of quality products and excellent value.

Staff member that helped us was very friendly, not pushy at all, gave us all the options available to us and explained why each would be good, was very patient and helped us no end to select the best package for us (super king bed with mattress, base and headboard)

Polite and helpful staff and short delivery timescale

We were served by Emma at the Rugby Junction One store. She was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to find out what type of bed we needed for our daughter. The whole shopping experience was thoroughly enjoyable. We always get our beds from Dreams and will come back again!

The lady who helped me was very friendly and wasn’t pushy. She was knowledgeable and gave me all options I needed. She also double checked everything before completing my purchase. I would definitely return there.

Emma served us and we found her very polite and cautious she helped us find the right bed for us and made sure we were satisfied before completing our order.

Staff available to discuss my needs and give advice, also the technology to find the best mattress for me. Delivery available for a time that suits me.

The sales assistant want welcoming and very helpful in getting the best product I could for my budget.

The salesman who helped me was really very helpful. He went out of his way to help me find the right mattress even lying on it too so I could see how much motion transfer there was- it was really helpful. Think he thought I was a bit crazy lol but it helped me a lot.
