Greg was very helpful & knowledgeable & made it easy to decide the best option for us. The store was clean & uncluttered, which made it easier to view the products.

Michelle the saleswoman was very freindly helpful and knowlageable . she seemed genuinly happy to help us and not at all pushy . when i returned to the store the next day to order our bed i made sure shewas the one i approached

The store was clean and covid guidelines adhered too. The staff were friendly and helpful, We where helped by Greg. The bed we went in looking for hadn't yet arrived in store, nevertheless we purchased one as there was plenty of choice in styles fabrics and colours. There where several mattresses to choose from also. We were offered a drink whilst the products where ordered. I'll be going back for a new bed for my son.

So on Sunday the 10th October me and my mum went into Rugby branch Dreams not knowing what we wanted. A lovely kind lady said hello to us which put me at ease as I had walked in terrified and totally unsure of what we needed. She asked me what kind of bed we wanted each and we both after Ottomon beds for storage she showed us 3 different beds the 3rd one we fell in love with and then she said come to the machine that will take all your measurements what you need and what mattress. Got the results she taken us to the beds with the mattress recommended both perfect each for what my mum needs and me. Explained everything about them. We decided to purchase them both. Michelle made the process so easy and comfortable. Gave us all the information we needed got everything sorted about removing the old beds having them put together and bringing us the big green bags. Michelle was so helpful and I would recommend dreams to anyone and also Michelle. Such a lovely kind person with all her information.

The woman that helped me select based on my needs was fantastic Very helpful made my purchase more easy Still waiting on delivery tho so can’t wait to try and hopefully better sleep

I was extremely supprised with the ease of buying our new bed. Emma who served us was very professional with her knowledge of all the bed's we tried. We were dreading the process of buying a bed but Emma made it fun.
