Assistant very knowledgeable & friendly, didn't feel under any pressure to choose the one we did (think it was one of the most expensive !) Very impressed with computerised bed to determine which would be best for us.

Firstly the safety of customers was immediately obvious which was very reassuring. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Michelle was very efficient and approachable, she answered all of the questions we asked. We felt safe in the store due to the current health issues. We were also offered a bottle of water should we want a drink. We have always shopped at Dreams in other parts of the uk and we were very pleased to see the same high standards in what will be our new local store. Thank you

Greg and Michelle were really helpful and knew everything we asked excellent customer service. the machine to test me and my wife for what mattress we needed was excellent. It really was a pleasant experience from the start to finish , even the social distancing and hand sanitizers available was very good at keeping people safe and making our purchase a breeze.
