The assistant was very helpful and answered my questions. She let me try out the bed and brought me a drink. She didnt push me into a sale. The delivery date was great too.

Everything was resolved very quickly. Seller was very kind and helpful, he even took my purchase to my car because mattress was heavy.

Michelle was lovely, very knowledgeable about products. Listened to us and took on board our comments. Despite the store having issues with the computer system on the day. She was able to to take our order and give us a delivery date that suited us.

Good customer service

The lady who helped me at the rugby store was extremely welcoming! She started by finding the perfect mattress for me on the machine. Then she did as much as she could to help me find the perfect mattress and she successfully achieved this. She was a lovely lady and was very prompt and very kind and made me feel at ease. She wasn’t telling me what I needed she was just guiding me as to what there was which I think is best. Nothing worse than someone telling you what you need. Overall great experience at dreams thank you and can’t wait for my lovely new mattress on Monday!!
