Using the ideal mattress tool was extremely helpful in steering our choice of replacement mattress. Our sales assistant listened to our requirements and helped us choose also a guest mattress, bedframe and cabinets in one visit. No pressure selling and the delivery options fit with needs.

Assistant very knowledgeable & friendly, didn't feel under any pressure to choose the one we did (think it was one of the most expensive !) Very impressed with computerised bed to determine which would be best for us.
