I called first to enquire about what I needed, Emma (I think that was her name) answered the phone quickly and was very honest and helpful about the product. I arrived in store 30 minutes later, I was completely looked after as the customer and it was a pleasurable experience.... no messing about!

Emma from the rugby store spent so much time to help us and explain things. She was also very good in getting us the best deals available. Wonderful sales assistant and not pushy at all, she should be rewarded for her customer service as its not very often you feel like your talking to a friend and not a stranger!
