The staff in the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. Emma was great help and offered quotes on each option which helped us decide to buy the right bed, mattress and pillows.

I visited Dreams in Rugby for my first exploratory visit to buy a new bed, the first in 40 years! The sales assistant Emma was most helpful and friendly explaining in detail different options that were available. I was able to experience the different mattresses without any pressure or feeling hurried. I then went on to visit some other of your competitors as well as looking on line to make comparisons on price and quality etc. Some days later I returned to Dreams CV19 and Emma greeted me as a friend. She carefully went through everything in detail and I left the store having made my purchase feeling reassured I had made the right choice. I am about to have a new hip and already experience a back problem so I am greatly looking forward to my new bed and a whole new experience of nightly comfort and sound sleep! I called first to enquire about what I needed, Emma (I think that was her name) answered the phone quickly and was very honest and helpful about the product. I arrived in store 30 minutes later, I was completely looked after as the customer and it was a pleasurable experience.... no messing about!
