The sales woman could not do enough to assist us obtain the product we required and offered help to understand the effect the product had on our requirements. Although there were times when the sales assistant was overwhelmed with customers she was still able to give us the attention that we needed. Always smiling and welcoming.

When visited the Rugby Store we found it was clean and immidiately we were greeted with a smile even though the lady was helping someone else she politely said she will be with us in a minute to take a look around. Lovely calm voice very warm and welcoming. Michelle has helped us chose the right mattress for our body type and sleep positions.
