We were assisted from the time we entered the store in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. The sleep test is something that we have not experienced before or anywhere else that we have looked and it does help with making a decision and in reducing the number of beds to look at.

Helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant. Michelle evaluated us on the test bed then showed us a variety of suitable mattresses. For an optimum solution, she suggested a mixed firm/ medium mattress which was the best solution for our requirements.

We went with the intention of only LOOKING and trying a few options before going to another couple of nearby stores, but once inside the store we found the selection mattresses was very comprehensive and the Staff weren't pushy or in your face which normally puts us off. We spent about an hour trying various options and came away having placed an order with a 4 day delivery date. Most other places we had looked at on line were quoting upto 9 weeks. So all in all a successful visit.

I was very impressed with the 3-D scan and the ability of finding me the correct type of mattress for me, as I would not have chosen the one that suggested 2000 plus springs. Upon laying on that mattress it was really comfortable. I was looking for a bed with assistance and then when I saw the additional features massage USB port et cetera I was really blown away. So much so that I bought two beds instead of the one.
