The customer service was very good and very non pushy. I was given all options and I felt listened to. I also liked that we were not being pushed into busing something we did not want.

Emma, was very helpful and understanding when dealing with my dad as my mother passed away a couple weeks before, she spent time with us explaining the differnces of the mattress. I will go back and purchase more from Dreams because of Emma.

The sales woman could not do enough to assist us obtain the product we required and offered help to understand the effect the product had on our requirements. Although there were times when the sales assistant was overwhelmed with customers she was still able to give us the attention that we needed. Always smiling and welcoming.
