Greg's approach was calm, measured and showed that he was prepared to listen. Whilst his sales patter was good it was not pushy or expectant, but nicely poised to facilitate us rather than dominate the conversation. Being sold a product by someone like him allows the process to be enjoyable 🙂

The customer service was very good and very non pushy. I was given all options and I felt listened to. I also liked that we were not being pushed into busing something we did not want.
