We were served by Michelle at the Rugby store and she was just excellent! Extremely polite and friendly, we can't praise her enough! Matt (or perhaps Mark) also assisted us during our visit and he was similarly very good! We have just bought a house and will definitely be visiting this store again for our future purchases :)

Greg's approach was calm, measured and showed that he was prepared to listen. Whilst his sales patter was good it was not pushy or expectant, but nicely poised to facilitate us rather than dominate the conversation. Being sold a product by someone like him allows the process to be enjoyable 🙂
