I was very impressed with the help I received in choosing the correct mattress as I have lower back pain. Greg at the Rugby store was very patient and good humoured and I felt safe whilst moving around between the different beds I tried.

Staff were really attentive and knowledgeable- especially Greg. I hate shopping. But really enjoyed myself. Was an experience in itself. Feel we got a good bed at a good price with some other stuff too
