I was served by Emma who was friendly yet very professional. She was able to answer all my questions with extensive product knowledge. Emma put me at my ease explaining instore COVID rules and providing PPE for me to test a mattress. I went into the store feeling nervous as being over 70 I have only recently started non essential shopping but came out feeling confident having had an exceptional shopping experience.
