Great customer service from Michelle (a fellow northerner 😊). Really engaged us and helped us get what we needed. Great product and very competitive price and much better on lead time. So much so we decided not to Buy from Next.

We visited the store with the intention of buying a new bed and as we entered we were approached by a member of staff and assisted us not at any time was there and sales pressure we were given the best options and left to make a decision on the information that was given just as it should be, a very pleasant experience

We attended twice in our search for a new mattress. During the 1st visit, Michelle was extremely helpful and explained the differences in the selection of various mattresses. we were given a pillow and fresh cover to try the comfort of the them. We left to consider our options. During our 2nd visit, we wanted to see Michelle again as she had been so helpful previously. We were again offered a pillow and fresh cover to check we were still happy with the mattress we were going to purchase. We were then invited to the desk to complete the purchase. We were offered a seat and a bottle of water. The desk was Covid safe with a screen between us. Michelle explained the various options available and we agreed a delivery date and the purchase of the Bedcover Insurance which included a mattress cover. Michelle explained the conditions of the Bedcover, the options to change the mattress and changing the delivery date. We received an email confirming our order within minutes. Overall, an excellent customer experience.
