We were shown different grades of mattress and not rushed into making our choice

We were greeted immediately and asked if we would like any help. We were given an opportunity to find out what type of mattress would be suitable for us on a computerised bed. We were then shown different possible mattresses that would suit us, using paper to lie on we were able to try all of these out, and also given pillows to try. Michelle was lovely and very knowledgeable.

Really happy with the customer service, had a lot of help and choices with the price range that I had. Very clean shop and during covid times I was very pleased.

Friendly, patient and knowledgeable sales team The store itself looks a bit shabby and the beds/mattresses are crammed into what seems a small space but otherwise ok Didn't like random people walking in and trying the mattresses without taking hygiene covers when the staff where busy with other customers
