Purchasing a ex display bed, priced to sell. Only to find out that the headboard (attached to the bed in question) was not included in the price. Nowhere did it state that this wasn't the case, nor was there any additional pricing on the headboard. Not happy when told the headboard was an additional £350.

I thought this is the worst thing to face in a new year. Worst customer service ever. I bought a bed that I have the similar copy of it from the same company in my bedroom. I only need another one for the other room. The delivery man which I believe is more professional than a local VAN MAN that could move the bed from our previous house could not deliver the bed to our room upstairs. I call the customer service and I faced the worst nightmare of my life. When I asked for a refund I was advised I will loose 20% about £500. I was even advised to get a VAN man to come over to your warehouse to pick the order or you drop it at my door. How ridiculous can it get, I think after a hard day's job, all you need is go home and rest not to be speaking with a customer service with no customer interest. I had bad experience first time I thought it was a mistake. Now I know you are just like that. I do not write like this at all but I could not just helped it as I am more than mad. I hope you realize that a customer that patronize you buying beds of about £2500 twice should be treated properly. Not only are you loosing him, you have lost everyone he could influence their decision. Thank you

Went into the Rugby store and deceide which mattress I wanted to purchase looked for someone to help but nobody was available. I then asked a lady walking towards me if anyone was available to help me, she looked over her shoulder and said not at the moment you will have to wait. Eventually a girl came out of the back and helped us but her enthusiasm was non existent, she took my order but was friendly or made us feel like a valued customer in anyway.
