I felt the price was high compared to other online retailers and the choice in the component I wanted was limited.

I opted to collect the mattress and when I got it home discovered a tear in the packaging and mattress and dirt on it - didn't have the time to return it as too busy moving house - I hope when the frame arrives it will be clean and intact

Staff wasnt friendly or interested to help when we were in store, consuming cookies. I had to ask for help and advise then they eventually stop eating, stand up and ask wht we need. Second staff member was carry on eating and drinking even we were next to his desk placing order. I felt unwelcomed and disturbing with having a tea. Very disapointing vith store visit!

To wait 1 month and 7 days to obtain a bed which is highly priced is very unsatisfying. We had to go buy a bed from another store nearby which will deliver in 4 days so that we do not to have to sleep on the floor for a month and a week. We will then be sitting with 2 beds which is very inconveniencing to us. We are at the age of 65 and 64 and to be expected to wait that long seems incorrect. The sales person was perfect and a pleasure to do business with.

Delivery was excellent, so were the staff who served me. When I received my order, I realised that I could get away with a smaller headboard, so took it back to the shop to exchange it. Told they don't do exchanges of headboards, even though it was still in its packaging. I couldn't believe it, as every other shop I know will exchange goods. Very disappointed and have told friends to be wary of buying headboards from Dreams.

Sales assistant (Emma) at the Rugby store was particularly helpful and knowledgable. As we had been let down by Bensons we were also happy with speed of delivery after order placement.
