I DID RECEIVE A VERY GOOD SERVICE, GREGORY IS A REALLY GOOD SELLES I WOULD SPEND MORE IF I HAD MORE MONEY IN THAT DAY. IS JUST THE PRICE, A FRIEND TOLD ME THAT AT ARGOS IS CHEAP, I FOUND OUT THAT IS TRUE. I STILL NEED BY ONE MORE MATRESS AND PILLOWS I TOLD GREGORY THAT I WILL COME BACK BUT I WILL FIRST SERCHE AT ARGOS OFFERS, IF I FOUND MY PRODUTS WITH SAME PRICE AT YOURS I WILL BY FROM YOU.

Its a shame that the TV bed does not have storage - you would sell a lot more of them! However we are still looking forward to receiving it. And on that note I am not happy at all that I have to wait 7 weeks till I receive it and you are taking a payment out before we receive it - not good enough!!

I was hoping to see a 'Tempur' pod at the store, as online when I searched it indicated there was one. I gave a 'satisfied' as the assistant quickly explained what the pod would have shown us and he covered every question we had.

My experience was great, but it is disappointing I have to wait over 4 weeks for my mattress to arrive.

The Rugby store needs a lick of paint. We had to ask an assistant for help although once we did he was very knowledgable.

I was highly satisfied by the sales person Greg who was available but not intrusive. He showed us where to find the mattresses that suited our needs, invited us to lie on the bed and answered questions with product knowledge. What has soured my thoughts is trying to track my order for tomorrows delivery. I put in the order number and the email address shown on the order confimation and it wasn't recognised. I checked and double checked the information - still no joy. Is there something wrong with your system? I wanted to check the delivery time window and have not been able to do it. This is NOT good.
