My items came to nearly £500 when I looked at receipt a extra £100 had been taken by mistake wasn't able to refund as head office was shut on sat , am waiting for money to be returned into my account I asked if I could receive a email when this has been done .The lady was very apologetic and embarrassed by her mistake,

I went into the store to buy a ready matt mattress. i didn't order or buy online and so i find the constant post sales emails unnecessary!!! the sales assistant was helpful but spent time worrying about getting all of my details when all i want to do is make my purchase and leave!

NO PRINT OUT OF INVOICE ( DETAILS) THIS WAS DONE BY E-MAIL WHICH I DID NOT SEE UNTIL I GOT HOME ON MY COMPUTER. I FOUND THIS TO CONTAN A LOT OF LETTERS & NUMBERS THAT SHOULD NOT OF BEEN ON THE RECIEPT. I DID PHONE THE RUGBY STORE ABOUT THIS & LEFT A MESSAGE BUT THEY HAVE NEVER PHONED BACK. I TOLD CUSTERMER SERVICES & THEY HAVE SINSE SENT ME A NEW INVOICE. THE TOTAL FIGURE IS THE SAME BUT THE BREAKDOWN OF THE ORDER IS DIFFERENT.

As with any purchase you often like a discount and although we got one when asked if anything further could be done he said unfortunately not.

1. It is impossible to be highly satisfied before the goods are received and tested in the home. 2. Delivery is scheduled for 13th Jan yet the warranty appears to start from date of purchase; we lose 3 weeks warranty. 3. The first payment is to be taken just 7 days after delivery, there should be a month lag between delivery date and payment and not order date and payment.
