Being a smaller showroom, there were not so many options available to see. I am aware that i was able to view via internet but wanted to see products. As I was not willing to travel to a larger showroom, I settled for a product in the store.

there is always room for improvement - whatever the business or product

Friendly, efficient service, did not feel pressured by salesperson

Complete satisfaction with the advisor who was over whelmingly helpful. My dissatisfaction arose from price difference having accrued within a two week time frame. Which was also during a period where the rest of the store was on offer. So not only were any offers made by dreams on the mattress. The price hear in fact gone up.

I was highly satisfied and would visit this store again.

The beds seemed randomly placed and not in organised groups such as maker or types of mattress. The staff were good being helpful but not pushy.

Despite Dreams being a distributor of Tempur the the mattress is advertised as a sale item and there are other distributors claiming lower prices http://www.featherandblack.com/mattresses/tempur-mattresses/tempur-original-deluxe-27 £1899.

Was given some initial misleading information by the assistant regarding delivery options and availability, what we initially got told was different when it came to paying the bill and completing the order EG. that we could opt for the free delivery option, and that it could be delivered on a Saturday at no extra charge - when paying assistant told us she had forgotten that this was not the case. Was also told pillows were half price however the pillows we were given to try were not in the half price offer, however the fact one was bought probably indicates that she is a good sales person, however it can be felt a bit misleading by customers.
