Confusing store layout, example products in the same range in different parts of the store making it difficult to compare/choose products.

Delivery date is a long way off

it would have been easier if the Tempur ranges were together when we first arrived as signposting could be improved. This is only a small consideration, as the rest of the store and the help we received was very good.

the prices were higher than I had expected and the discounted price was confusing

Though the store had several beds on display, the one I wanted to buy was not in store. I would have been highly satisfied if I could see the bed frame before buying.

Prices were slightly higher than expected. Also products varied considerably in price and not always clear what the extra costs was offering to justify the high price differential. However, overall the staff were very good and helpful, we like to support by buying from local retailers and were satisfied with the purchase.

Just a small shame the bed will take 7/8 weeks to be deliveried.. however I totally understand the process and why it takes so long so it's no matter really.

Prices, there could of done with being more mid range prices around £400-£500 for a better selection we felt there was only one oprion really! For instance the mattress we were looking at was £379 but we were interested in very firm but the next matress like that went up To £489 rather a large jump for same type of matress just a diff firmness, also would of been nice to do 0% fianace but we were unable to as did not spend enough to qualify would be nive if you offered it on all your matresses.

I knew what I wanted before I went in so needed little help.

Emma was extremely helpful, beyond the average, and it was a pleasurable experience for Sylvia and me even if it cost more than I had imagined but you get what you pay for and it is probably unfair to compare Emma with a 4 feet bed advertised on e-bay!
