I felt that the store did not give a lot of options at the lower price bracket. I was also disappointed that my items will take two weeks to arrive when I was led to believe that I would get them the following week.

Bensons is a better key for mattress firmness, and the pillows on the displays in Dreams were extremely poor which may have altered my perception of mattress quality. Luckily the price at Dreams is very reasonable and all being said the mattress seems good enough which did make the difference in the end. Having an extremely hourglass shape, my hips are a real pressure point for me and the igel mattress in bensons was truly the best, but out of our price range at present. The gel pillows in bensons are also superior and we will be going back for these. Purchasing the 8 year guarantee was also not overly pleasent. It was sold to me as the only way I could ensure my mattress will last 8 years, with no mention of the accidental damage until after I felt I had no choice but to purchase it. Poor upsell technique, I did feel bullied into that one and it has made me doubt the quality of the product I have purchased. Surely it should just come with an sufficient guarantee. 12 months for a mattress is really not good enough and as I have 2 children I would have probably purchased the accidental damage cover anyway with the right sales technique.

Items were a bit pricey, you can get better prices online for the same products. Like that you have the option of 0% finance.

I would of liked the mattress to be cheaper or have pillows included. Some sort of perk.

Took a while to service customers as print broke down l helped to repair. NOT ASSISTANTS FAULT.
