Some of labelling was a little confusing

Everything was as expected, however having spent over £3,000, when I attempted to negotiate a 3% discount the assistants attitude became surly, other than that my experience was good.

The store is smaller in comparison to others and doesn’t stock as much.

I felt the staff were eager to complete the transaction as quick as they could rather than spend time talking to us about the products

I was hoping that the offer woud cover more products in the store. The up to 60% off appeared to apply to a very limited number of items

When purchasing the product there were alot hidden costs

We came to the Dreams store to buy a specific bed which we explained quite clearly to the store assistant. We explained that we were moving house and required a new bed and gave a specific time when this would happen. If i were being hyper critical the store assistant should have been exploring the full sale requirement as we clearly stated that we were in position to make a sale while we were there. We made it very clear that the last time we made a bed purchase (6 months ago) that Dreams lost the order to Bensons but on this occasion we definitely would like to go with Dreams. A few more probing questions around why we didn`t go with Dreams last time would have been a good idea. I couldn`t have made it more clear. On the day we were looking for a deal. If it was a pillow case or a bunch of flowers we were ready to haggle with one intention, and that was to spend the necessary money require to purchase a Tempur King size bed.

It could always be a bit cheaper with free items as we bought 5 items

The gentleman we had was very laddish, using slang and too relaxed attitude. Seemed to be more focused on getting a sale rather than making sure the customer service was the key focus.

I was buying a mattress and some sheets. It was fine
