Your assistant Greg who dealt with us in the Rugby store was really good and I went in there potentially looking and because of him we ordered the goods we wanted there and then. Great customer service and the whole reason why I bought instore.

Emma the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. We went onto the machine and she told us which mattresses were recommended She observed social distancing and made sure everything was sanitized. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions We were not rushed and she spent a lot of time with us The store was clean and we felt safe

The assistant was extremely helpful, very polite and had a good knowledge of the products we were interested in. There was no pressure just useful guidance and information.

Both Michelle and Emma were excellent in their capacity as ambassadors for dreams I hope that their manager appreciates them
