Overall I was satisfied with my experience. The assistance in-store was excellent. To improve, I would suggest a fuller range of products in store.

I knew what I wanted before going in, the shop was very busy, all employees were busy, I had to wait a little while but only what you would expect. I was made a very nice cup of tea to have while waiting. I was in no way disappointed in the service I received but it was a straight forward order which didn't require exceptional service.

All way fine apart from being told twice by the front greeter he was only a Christmas Temp so would be unlikely to be able to answer any queries

We were kept waiting quite a while whilst the assistant was looking after another customer.that is the only small thing that knocked the mark off.

I placed my order and have received a phone call the day after saying there has been a computer problem and I will need to go back into store to redo some of the order process . this hasn't affected my purchase or delivery date just another trip out to dreams
