The sales assistant understood what we were looking for gave us advice on mattress choice and even gave us a cup of coffee.

The bed/mattress and headboard we chose seemed to be the only ones not on offer, although we were spending close to £3k we were only given just over 5% discount in a Showroom of 20%-50% off offers

I was satisfied with my visit to dreams, the problem was next day when I was checking prices for your price promise I found that dreams had reduced my mattress overnight. After finding this out I was very annoyed but after ringing customer services I was refunded the difference.

There were no high-pressure sales tactics and, although the automatic mattress selector was probably bs, it was clear there was a system for finding the right bed/mattress four our needs. The sales assistant knew where all the products were and everything about them.

Staff at the Rugby store are very helpful and friendly. The only reason for not giving top marks is due to the fact that the website and store info are a little bewildering. We originally wanted to purchase a complete bed, however there wasn’t a bed frame which suited our requirements and the lead time was far too long. Therefore, we purchased a bespoke, custom made bed frame which only took three weeks to arrive, from order to delivery and is made in the Uk. Conversely, the mattress we’ve purchased from Dreams is available for delivery in less than a week, which is brilliant service.
